Any items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. You can request a return authorization by reaching out to shop@calm.com.

For a full refund within 30 days of the purchase, items must be unopened, unwashed, unworn, and with the tags attached. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Once your package has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
